Products of our farm
We propose you healthy and natural food, produced without hormones, without animal flours, without synthetic products, without conservatives(curators), without pesticides, without artificial fertilizers nor colouring agents.
• Terrines, poultry, meat of ox(beef), jams and syrup of elder.
• Vegetables of the garden and the fruits of the orchard: all are produced at the rate of the seasons, of the rain and of the sun, on the sunny and peaceful hillsides of the Mountain Beuvray.

The environment is essential in the well-being of animals, that is why our lambs for lamb barbecues, our lambs for the religious holidays(name-days), our pigs farmers, our details(rooms) of ox(beef) house as well as our poultry are raised(brought up) in the tradition and according to the culture of the former(ancient) which knew the virtues of plants and nature.
Thus are explained savours and the thousand perfumes which are released from our pots, of our cooked dishes, our hams and all our preparations.

The Hamlet of Pierrefitte is at present in the course of demand of enjoyment(approval) with the body ECOCERT of certification of biological agriculture.
